Guidelines for Presentation of Free Communications

 

The authors of free communications should note, when planning and preparing their presentations, the following guidelines:

1. The free communications are grouped according to different thematic areas;

2. The maximum time allocated to the presentation of each free communication will be 10 minutes.

3. The coordination and discussion of the presentation of free communications will be secured by a moderator, to be appointed by the congress committee;

4. The discussion will be processed in the end  of all presentations, inserted at the thematic symposium;

5. The total time allocated to the discussion of free communications incorporated in each of the thematic symposiums, will be 10 minutes;

6. The author of the free communication must be present at the presentation location, 10 minutes before the scheduled time, under penalty of not be possible to present the communication.

7. The author of the free communication shall save the communication in computer format (USB Pen), compatible with the Windows operating system.

 

Guidelines for Presentation of Posters

 

The authors of Posters, should note, when planning and preparing their presentations, the following guidelines:

1. The programming for presentation of posters will be available on the congress website;

2. The presentation of the posters will be processed in e-Posters format, will be presented in the congress in electronic format;

3. Prepare your poster following as guidance the model provided by the congress committee;

4. Thereafter, save it and send it, obligatorily, to the email: wchr2014@gmail.com until next October 3th.

5. The presentation sessions integrate up to 25 e-Posters, are attributed two minutes to each author to present and argue your poster.

6. The coordination and discussion of the presentation of Posters will be secured by a moderator, to be appointed by the congress committee;

7. The author of the Posters must be present at the location of presentation, 10 minutes before the scheduled time, under penalty of not be possible to present the Poster, if not present in scheduled time.

8. The authors of the posters should, on the day of presentation, bring the poster saved on computing device (USB Pen);

9. It must also have 10 copies of the poster in A4 format (hand paper) to provide to participants.
